هل يسمح الترجيع؟ ما هي الشروط والمهلة؟

Yes returns are allowed. Returned products must be in fully resalable condition, the state you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns should be done within 15 days

هل يتم استرداد النقود أو يتم إعطاء رصيد لشراء شيء آخر من جادجت باي؟

Refund will made through the same mode of Payment that was used for Order, i.e. Cash Refund for COD Orders and Refund on Card for Card Payments.

إذا تم إرجاع الطلب، من يدفع لشحن الطلب للمتجر؟ هل هناك أي رسوم أخرى أنا ملزم بلدفع لإرجاع الطلب؟

The customer will need to pay for shipping.

Refund is processed immediately after receiving the product back at our stores. It may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to reflect on the Card.

Warranty covers Manufacturing defects

إذا كان هناك عطل في المنتج الذي هو تحت الكفالة، كم من الوقت سوف يستغرق جادجت باي لاستلامه، اصلاحه و إعادته؟

Normally 2-3 Working Days, Maximum Not later than 14 Days. In some cases (Spares Non-Availability) it may take more than 14 Days and Customers will be updated about the same.

هل أستطيع ترجيع أحد المنتجات التي فيها خلل و استرجاع النقود؟

Yes.

إذا تبين أن هنالك خلل في المنتج و لا يوجد لدى جادجت باي منتج آخر لتبديله، ماذا يحصل؟

You will be fully refunded the amount you paid for the product.
