Despite the immediate payment and repeated emails from Jarir that the shipment is arranged, it was canceled as they said due to a problem with the delivering company and that is not Jarir problem. And regarding the refund, they said to wait 14 days and if it didn't come it us not Jarir problem, and you to find a solution with your bank. I WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM JARIR AGAIN.

مشكلتي طلبت عن طريق تطبيق جرير توصيل وتم الدفع والمنتج متوفر بالفرع القريب مني على بعد ٥كيلو واليوم هو الرابع ولم يصلني، قمت بالإتصال على خدمة العملاء بجرير لمعرفة السبب وأفادوا أنه تم طلب المنتج من مدينة أخرى !!!! وسبب التأخير شركة الشحن !!! هنا من تُقاضي ؟

I am not sure who will receive this email however I would like to express my disappointment with Jarir online shopping. Actually, I don’t trust this market and will not recommend it to any of my friends or relatives. Amazon, eBay and other online markets are far away more trustable than Jarir online. Unfortunately, I did not get a proper service and I received a wrong product and I have to go to your shop to return. What a bad online system especially it is your fault. شاشة ذكية هايسنس

تجربة سيئة مع جرير بعد ماوجدت عرض على شاشة ذكية طلبتها وتمت عملية خصم المبلغ وكنت انتظر وبعد اسبوع استغربت طولت ماوصلت واتصلت انصدمت بكل برود يقول الموظف تم الالغاء لعدم توفر المنتج اجل ليش تخصمون وليش من البداية تخلونها بالموقع ، تجربة فاشلة

Alienware m15 laptop

This is an irresponsible firm. I bought an alienware laptop worth 8k sr. from makkah and i live in jeddah, they gave me a wrong charger(130w) which is not compatible with the device that requires at least (180w). So, i visited all the branches of jarir in jeddah and they said that they couldnt help me solve the issue which was their mistake. They asked me to go back to the branch that i bought the laptop from which is in makkah. I went to the makkah branch and they said that they were not responsible, they just wasted عرض أقل

Hi sir/mam This is to inform you that i visited jarir book store and buy a cell phone callled nokia 3 hardly 4-5 months ago as their was a problem with the charger i ask the after service guy for replacement he told me we need your phone with charger as we will send this to the company . actually problem was with the charger not with the phone first thing but they told me its as per company they need phone i ask them how long will it take they told me inshaalah 15days or may be less عرض أقل
