تجربتي جيده جداً ويتم تلانصال بعد الطلب مباشره والتوصيل مجاني عند الشراء باي مبلغ والدفع عند الاستلام تحية لخدمة العملاء

تم الشراء من الموقع المرة الأولى وارسلت الشحنة إلى مدينة أخرى بالرغم من صحة عنوان الشحن في فاتورة الشراء بالموقع، وصل الطلب وكان مختلف عما طلبته، تم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وتم ارسال منتج صحيح على حسابهم وفي وقت قياسي واشكرهم على ذلك، طلبت مرة اخرى في وقت لاحق وتم أيضا ارسال المنتج إلى مدينة أخرى، تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وتم تصحيح الوجهة بالرغم أيضا من صحة كتابة عنوان الشحن عند الطلب وكانت شحناتي تتاخر اكثر من ١٠ أيام بسبب هذا الخطأ، لا اعلم هل هو خطأ في سكربت الموقع أو خدمات الشحن بالموقع تحتاج إلى تحسين ولاكن بالنسبة إلي  read more
