I returned item more than 1 month ago ,but my money I can not receive from Wadi. They respond with standard phrases. I have to ask about my money every day. It offends me and degrades self-esteem.

Firstly they said it will take 2 weeks when i contacted after 2 weeks they said it will take 3 weeks to be fixed. and now when they could not fixed it, i got below reply.

Wadi was very good when they start, but now day by day their service is getting worse. Their prices are very attractive sometimes. I bought a lot of things for wadi but now recently I had two bad experience with wadi which I want to share with you. 1st one is a few months back I saw "Apple iPad Pro 9.7" With Facetime " from a 3rd party seller at a very attractive price which I can't be denied. So I purchased with my CC, now after 2 days I received the package and when I open the package the box inside clearly showed that it's not "Apple iPad Pro 9.7" With Facetime" instead it was simply iPad 9.7" 2017. Anyway, I returned the item and got a refund after few days.
2nd time I bought a SanDisk 16 GB USB drive which upon opening the looks cheap and suspicious, as I plugged into my PC it shows for a moment in My Computer but after few seconds it's gone. Now I have a piece of plastic worth 19 SAR. I'm 100% sure its counterfeit product not genuine. I'm very disappointed with Wadi. No doubt some of their products are genuine but not all. After these 2 experiences now I'll probably not buy again from Wadi.read more

before they are nice but now they are crappy shit. delivery was too late with the wrong items, when you return back the item for replacement they are very fast to process but after you ship back the item they don't care anymore..their customer service online is very helpful only in words but do nothing. be extra cautious when ordering on this online store especially when your paying COD. not recommended..
