BlackBerry is all set to release its third Android smartphone titled as the BlackBerry DTEK60. While nothing has been officially announced so far, we do have some leaks and rumors to confirm its existence. From what we have learned so far, it might be the flagship phone from BlackBerry. As usual, let’s check out the BlackBerry DTEK60 Saudi Arabia price before getting to those nitty gritty details. It should be available for about 1800 to 2200 SAR when it’s here. To find out more about the phone including the BlackBerry DTEK60 release date Saudi Arabia, keep reading.
For those who are looking for a physical keyboard, there won’t be one this time. Except some slight changes on the back, the smartphone looks quite similar to the Alcatel Idol 4S and also slightly similar to the BlackBerry DTEK50. The company did the same with the DTEK50 so it’s not really surprising. It will be 7mm thin and the phone will feature the customizable convenience key option where you will be able to program it to perform any function or launch an app. There is a major change in resolution as well. Just like some of the other latest smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, it will feature Quad HD resolution. You can check out these two smartphones by Samsung as well as they are also in the same pricing range as the BlackBerry DTEK60 Saudi Arabia price.
There are some notable changes in the camera department as well compared to the DTEK50. The DTEK60 will be packing a 21-megapixel camera on the back and an 8-megapixel front camera. There is also the iPhone 7 Plus and Google Pixel if you don’t want to wait too long for the BlackBerry DTEK60 release date Saudi Arabia. The phone will be running Android OS 6.0 Marshmallow when it’s here. The latest Android operating system Nougat 7.0 is already here so it’s slightly disappointing.
To offer users a smooth Android experience, the BlackBerry DTEK60 will be packing Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. Most of the major flagship smartphones are powered by the same processor so there is no surprise here. There is a microSD card slot which means you can expand the storage if the built-in 32GB storage is not enough for you. A slightly disappointing part of this phone is its battery which is a 3000mAh one. However, users can easily get 83% of charge in just 30 minutes thanks to its Quick Charge 3.0 feature. Another smartphone that you can check out for its battery is the Asus Zenfone Max 2016. Its way cheaper compared to the BlackBerry DTEK60 Saudi Arabia price and is packing a 5000mAh battery.
The number of leaks are increasing so it’s safe to say the release date of this phone is quite close. It’s expected to show up sometimes in October, 2016.
