I have purchased a laptop from extra, The OS was already along with the laptop but the sales person took the price for that and after they install some antivirus and billed it without my consent. I have requested to reversal of the service. They were behaved very badly. ( Dont take the service from them)

Very worst Experinece. i purchased on line a apple watch on delivery i found that it is empty and there was no watch in it. i kept trying to contact their customer care for two hours but no response from their side.
in their web site there is no place to raise any complaint. Worst service and Fraud happened with me.
still i dont know wether they will take any action or not. i visited the store and staff over their said they have noted the complaint and store manger will raise it internally but did not given me any complaint number.
Lost my trust in this Company.
Please never purchase anything from them. you will not have any place to complaint if you got any issue.

Terrible terrible terrible
In 7 months our GE airconditioner had an issue and they told us u r under supplier warranty so contact them. They never helped us to connect to the supplier. The number they provided is not working. This hot weather we had to live without AC for 2 weeks. And then had to pay 500 for the compressor from a local shop not from the supplier.
If you are getting things from the supier you should have a proper contact for the service.
Never never buy from them.
Xcite is great in this way. They really help their customers a lot.read more

Before my purchase I asked 3 staff if the washing machine was coming in English language since my Arabic is very poor and they all confirmed that it was in English too. Secondly, I asked for more than 2 people for delivery because I have stairs on my house and the washer is very big and heavy. Long story short they sent me 2 people and I had to call for help and pay extra for helpers. They won't change my washing machine even though I haven't used it yet and they refuse to help or return (they ask me to pay 30% in case i want to return lol). All of them are unprofessionals starting from salesmen and finishing with supervisors. Extremely rude and ironic. Before you spend your money in this store you better think 100 times. The preorder was completely screwed up, the complaint at their customer care was closed without consent, finally the order was delivered and the customer care offered a gift coupon to be collected from Palestine store, the staff was extremely rude and don't know how such kind of people are even hired. Long story short, don't bother buying from this store. Worst place to deal with

I recently ordered a new Samsung fridge (111+342 litres), it got issues without freezer cooling , within few months after buying , contacted customer service - worst worst worst experience , our old fridge worked for 15 years without any issues , their product is of no use , on top of that they gave 10 years warranty !! Worst experience in “ extra store riyadh “ don’t ever buy anything from that store , customer service very very very extremely bad , we are without proper fridge for months !

The purpose of Pre-order is to receive it on time. Extra Stores took the money saying it will be delivered on 13th Nov, and after placing the order, they removed the delivery date. After contacting them when you did not receive the item on the promised date, they do not care. If you were incompetent, you should not have took the Pre-order, I could have done with a different vendor. But you took the money and did not deliver on the date promised. And your customer service is worse than despicable. You are not providing any update on the pre-order - which means you stole the money. read more

My Package with Tracking ID 1Z4E93510496105623 is with UPS since 07-May-20 and it has not been delivered to me yet. The person who has this package, I am calling him since last three days. Sometimes he is saying he is coming in 2-hours, sometimes in 5-minutes and I did not receive the package yet. In the last three days, I have called him at-least ten times. This is my first time I am dealing with UPS and it is very frustrating and annoying experience for me. The person who has the package he does not know English at all. So, coordination itself became difficult with him. Since four days, I am taking help of my colleague who can speak in Arabic to inquire about my package delivery but to date I am still struggling. Today Delivery guy informed me that he is on vacation, yesterday he informed that he will deliver my parcel tomorrow.
I called UPS KSA Helpline several times and also called their Eastern Province Operation Center also many a times but my call was never ever answered. Sent email to UPS Global and Eastern Province but got no response.
I called Extra Helpline in last three days many a times but never got a response.
This is my last time I am purchasing anything from Extra. Both Extra and UPS are useless, very irresponsive and irresponsible from the perspective of Customer Services and Facilitation.read more

I placed my order on 19 October 2019 based on a preorder offer for Huawei Watch GT2, 46mm for 899 SR + gift ear pod wirless worth 349 SR and delivery on 21 October 2019 , I prepaid my order through SADAD and they confirm receiving then after one day they sent to me shipping tracking number , So i expected to receive a call from coruier to arrange delivery but this is never happened so i called customer service and they confirmed that the order will be delivered either between 12 to 5 pm or from 6 to 10 pm , after 5 pm i had another call with them and they informed me sechduled delivery to be 26 October 2019 and customer service agent informed me to go and complaint as he will not do anything for me , i called them again they informed me what happened is a mistake and i will receive my order before 10 pm which never happened on 22 october i made a call with them to raise a complaint and they hold me for 11 minutes to answer my call , then put me on hold again for more 4 minutes hen refused to raise a claim and i insisted to raise a claim and take its number ,and informed me before close with them that my order will be delivered by 2 Novemeber 2019 which is unprofessional and unacceptable from any online store to make fake ads and take money from customers without giving any care , my advise to all is to never buy online from this store and just look for trusted site and never pay in advance to them if you going to order ,. read more
