Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Returns are permitted. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product has been used, the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, they will decline the refund and return the product back to the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned. Gadgite has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer, or refunded. For refurbished products, you must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. For other reasons, you have a right to return a product within fifteen (15) days of receipt of shipment.
