This is an irresponsible firm. I bought an alienware laptop worth 8k sr. from makkah and i live in jeddah, they gave me a wrong charger(130w) which is not compatible with the device that requires at least (180w). So, i visited all the branches of jarir in jeddah and they said that they couldnt help me solve the issue which was their mistake. They asked me to go back to the branch that i bought the laptop from which is in makkah. I went to the makkah branch and they said that they were not responsible, they just wasted
my time... I would not recommend anyone to deal with such a firm that has a very pooor customer service. This is to inform you that i visited jarir book store and buy a cell phone callled nokia 3 hardly 4-5 months ago as their was a problem with the charger i ask the after service guy for replacement he told me we need your phone with charger as we will send this to the company . actually problem was with the charger not with the phone first thing but they told me its as per company they need phone i ask them how long will it take they told me inshaalah 15days or may be less
as their is a eid holidays in between i aggred with that after completing that 15days i visited jarir book store and ask for my phone they replied we dnt know. i told them you told me 15days now i have already completed now they told me shipping time for 1 week is their .
first thing being a brand called jarir book store which is trusted by many customers dnt decive them or dnt make them fool as they are forieners dnt know your local language .when i was explaining my issue with you guys at after sales one of your staff was laufhing at me insist of finding a solution for that.
-month ago i buy laptop during ramadaan i got offer 100riyals coupon from hp i want to use that coupon for buying laptop of hp bag their but it was not available nobody was intrested all of you was ignoring and telling me you can use the coupoun online but you need to pay for delivery and one of the guy from their told me we just called in exit 13 jarir it is available their i came directly from their to jarir exit 13 i c read more All happenings remained good.
