Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?
Returns must be sent with in the 28 days in a new and unused condition; otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at the current/last selling price. Cosmetics, grooming products, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if found to be faulty.
Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Next?
As soon as the returns are received at the Next warehouse, they will be credited and automatically refunded to the Credit Card used for the order; this should be with in 28 days.
If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?
