JACK TROLLEY ROTATING 2.5TON LOW PROFILE
I just a 2.5 ton floor jack from SACO Online and the one I received is missing a carry handle as pictured in the website. Even the picture in the box of the item they sent me doesn't have a carry handle. Was I given a different model?? I was expecting to get exactly the same one pictured in the website because for me that carry handle is important in carrying this when necessary. Also, the jack handle socket feels kind of loose. Nikai gas stove
I ordered for gas stove on 15 th december 2021 . And then next day I got a mail from you saying " my request for cancellation is processed and my money is refunded " . I didnt request for cancellation. You did the cancellation And neither my money refunded yet. This kind of experience is for the second time from your side. I called your customer service snd she said she dont know when my money will be refunded Very bad service . Why do you take the order and the money if the item is not available ? This is the first time I ordered with SACO Online and feel very disappointed. When we placed the order it was mentioned 3-5 business days for delivery and received email confirmation that order has been shipped in the next day. For the last 10 days no update about delivery details and no response to calls from Customer Service. Even though i created a ticket for support and no response yet. This is not professional for big store like SACO.
