I ordered three pieces of "PERSONAL CARE EQUIPMENT"in these sensitive "COVID-19" days". I received my order after "9 DAYS" from placing order. It was delivered by a taxi driver, not a courier company. I am completely disappointed concerning with what I received. * My order came in a thin plastic bag. How long will it take for me to get my refund from Xcite?

What malfunctions or product problems do Xcite warranties cover?

The warranty of the electronics device will be 2 years according to the T&C introduced by the agent and the manufacturer. The warranty shall be on all the products provided by its agent in Saudi Arabia with warranty at its authorized agents according to the terms of the manufacturer and the agent stated on the product and the customer to go directly to the center of maintenance of the agent and with him original purchase of invoice
